Xiaomi Mi3 S800 Spotted on Antutu

The long awaited International S800 based Xiaomi Mi3 is finally (unofficially) showing off its face. While Tegra 4 based version is enjoying its time and selling quite well, no news so far towards its twin brother, the WCDMA supported version.
We wrote an article explaining the delay.

But it has been spotted on a few leaked Antutu score sheets.

Fans were a bit disappointed because Xiaomi advertised towards a score above 36 000 when they presented the Mi3 with an upgraded Snapdragon S800 8974AB. Some explained that it would because of the upgraded software, this would be the first Xiaomi device running Android 4.3 and MIUI is not optimized.

Later on, another leaked image came out more on par with what people were expecting.

But at PhonAsia.com, we really don't like those benchmarks not because we don't like numbers. In fact, we love them, our tech team is among the best out there, and we often praise ourselves for that.
There are definitive evidence that the actual benchmarks can't measure the true performance of the current devices. We are not talking about the user experience which is a totally different topic but raw power : how a chip is performing in a given structure build.

This point will be proven right to you in our upcoming Xiaomi Mi3 Review with full English commentaries. The review will be online in the following 24h.
