Unfortunately, this is not the Snapdragon S800 version but the different versions should have the same content in their boxes. We will publish an In Depth Review in a few days.
The Snapdragon S800 is the international version, it is compatible with almost every 3G networks out there. It works on 850/900/1900/2100MHz 3G frequencies.
The Tegra 4 version works only the Chinese 3G network which uses TD-SCDMA. So outside of China, you will only be able to use 2G network.
So far, the Snapdragon S800 hasn't begun to be produced yet and we are waiting for an official word from Xiaomi that the production has started to offer Mi3 pre-orders.
