Android Kitkat 4.4 would bring a new UI to the Play Store
Have you used some of Google recent apps ? Play Book, Maps, Gmail, Youtube ? All of them feature a left slide drawer which bring options. It seems the Play Store might get it too but only with the upcoming upgrade of Android, Kitkat 4.4.
We have have some screenshots of the new Play Store UI thanks to Android Police which has been able to get a hold on the new version app. At this stage, it is only a work-in-progress, and Android Police says that Google is aiming to bring a brand new version by bringing a whole new design.
So far, only the left drawer is new and you have access to the Store Home, My Apps, My Wishlist and Redeeem. It sure feels to good to have some uniformity across google apps.
