New iPads, what will change in the Chinese Tablets market
While the 10 inch tablets market is quite done for, meaning that the standards have been out for a bit now, people are still waiting towards the growing 7-8 inch market.
We still think Apple's products are too expensive but the American firm has the ability to set new standards when it comes to it. After the bump in resolution in the 10 inch market last year, everybody followed and the extra pixels force manufacturers to pack better hardware.
So, this year, beautiful, well finished and powerful Tables with true "Retina Display" came out like the $250 Ainol Novo9 Spark 9.7", $249 OndaV973 or the $299 Pipo M9 Pro 10.1".
The 7 inch market opened by the Nexus 7 which packed an HD display but manufacturers, as usual, preferred to follow the low res 7.9" iPad Mini. The overall resolution of tablets have been lower than FHD 5 inch smartphones.
Since Apple took the Retina route as well for its Mini 2, Chinese manufacturers will follow the new standards, especially with the new Mediatek 8 cores, the MT6592, tablets would have enough horsepower to pack FHD displays as well and finally see a true change in the most wanted tablets size market.
